Before everyone heads to the countryside to enjoy the white nights and midsummer, jump over the bonfire and look for the fern blossom, we warmly welcome you to the second event in the Estonishing Evenings series!
This time we will be focussing on WORKING AND WORK CULTURE IN #ESTONIA – and what does it really mean when your Estonian colleague invites you for coffee outside the workplace:)
LAURA SALU is a partner of the relocation company MoveMyTalent and interacts with hundreds of expats moving to Estonia for work. This time she will shed some light on the Estonian working life from a local’s perspective – how, why and where do we work and what do we expect in return.
KATHLEEN NAGLEE is the director and CEO of International School of Estonia. She is an award-winning international teacher and educational leader and will be talking about “Unlocking the code: bridging Estonian and expat cultural norms in the work place.”
